What counts as an AI-guided minute?
An AI-guided minute is time used during an active Augnix Guide customer experience. Exact metering and usage rules are subject to the applicable plan and commercial agreement.
How many tours can I conduct?
Tour duration varies. For illustration, 500 guided minutes can support approximately 33 fifteen-minute tours, while 1,500 minutes can support approximately 100 fifteen-minute tours.
What happens if I need more minutes?
Contact Augnix to add guided capacity. Additional usage options will be introduced as the commercial platform evolves.
Can I add more properties?
Yes. Professional supports multiple properties, while Business / Enterprise is designed for larger portfolios and projects.
Is Augnix Guide only for NRI buyers?
No. It can support local, outstation and international buyers.
Does the buyer need VR?
No. Augnix Guide is designed to work through supported web/mobile experiences. Immersive/VR experiences may be available as extensions.
Can Augnix integrate with our CRM?
Supported CRM integrations are available depending on plan, platform and implementation requirements.
Can we use our own branded Digital Guide?
Custom Digital Employee / Guide options may be available for Business / Enterprise customers subject to scope and commercial agreement.
